
Assistant Coach
I have over 10 years of CrossFit experience as both a dedicated everyday class-goer and a competitive athlete.
I'm passionate about building a strong, supportive community where athletes of all levels feel challenged, encouraged, and occasionally convinced burpees are somehow ‘fun.’ When I'm not coaching or training, I enjoy hiking, backpacking, grilling, and spending time outdoors — usually while planning my next meal before the workout is even over.
My goal is to help members become stronger, healthier, and more confident both inside and outside the gym while suffering through cardio together as a community.
